MGK got nothing on us.
Cole and Ally recently joined Brent for part of his workout. Cole is always trying to do his sit-ups, push-ups and chair dips like dad.
Ally was hilarious because she insisted on taking off her shirt like dad.
And here she is getting all worn out after about 3 sit ups.
And I could be "almost famous" if enough people are bored and have time on their hands to read about me being the Run Oregon Profile of the Week. Thanks Jen for the nomination! And thanks Maryalicia for making me look good!

So proud of you Darc. The article is awesome. Ally is just hilarious!!!
Great article. I'm proud of you too, Darc. I know you don't think so, or want to be, but you are an inspiration. And I agree with your dad...that Ally is one unique little girl!
Amazing article Darcee!! So excited to hear how the marathon goes and your "hero-up Half marathon" race sounds like a lot of fun--wish I lived closer!! Love the pictures and love seeing all the updates of your family!
Love the article! You have almost inspired me to start running...hehe! You know me. I ran a 2 mile fun run with Cooper when he was 7 and you woul have thought I had run a marathon by the way I acted by the time I crossed the finish line. Love you girl!!! Can't wait to see you in March!
You are awesome Darcee! I loved the article. You are an inspiration. Hopefully because of this article I will get out of bed in the morning when my alarm goes off and if I lived closer I would totally be coming to your race. Good Luck at Boston.
Loved the article!
Love you.
Cherish the 1/2 naked photo shoot of the family.
Miss you dearly,
